This public works project will replace the Public Access (PA) system at the San Francisco 4th and King Street station and connected platforms. The project includes the following work: 1) remove the old PA equipment including the amplifier, mixer, wires, and speakers 2) procure the necessary materials 3) install the new equipment in the station and platforms 4) test the new PA system. The work is more fully described in the Contract Documents. The estimated cost of construction is greater than $300,000.
Bidders and their proposed subcontractors shall hold such licenses as may be required by the laws of the State of California for the performance of the work specified in the Contract Documents. Bidders bidding as the prime Contractor shall possess an active C-10 Electrical Contractor’s License in the State of California at the time of contract award and throughout the contract term.
