Plumbing Maintenance Services

Description:  
The San Mateo County Transit District is seeking proposals from qualified firms (“contractor”) to furnish and supply all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary for Plumbing Maintenance Services in accordance with Invitation For Bids (IFB) 014-SAMTR-S-026. The contract period will be for a three-year base term with two one-year options. This will be a Public Works contract, so bidders are advised to closely review the IFB documents for required prevailing wages, Bidder’s Security. Also, successful bidder as the prime Contractor (1) shall possess a valid California State Contractor’s “C-36” License at the time of Contract award and (2) shall maintained license throughout the Contract term. An optional Pre-Bid Conference and optional Site Walk will be scheduled and posted here in the future. Please continue to monitor this website for more information. Each attendee must provide his/her own transportation to and from all locations. Attendees are advised to watch time limits at parking spaces.
